We had a wonderful Christmas!

Everyone is happy and healthy.

Caerlleon and Ryan got lots of wonderful suprises from Santa.

Ryley had his first Christmas and was very entertained with Ryan, Caerlleon and all the wrapping paper!

High Falls, Dekalb County, AL

We like to visit a relatively unheard-of place, High Falls County Park in Dekalb County. It's about an hour or so from our house, and about half that from the lake house in Guntersville. It's absolutely stunning, and since not that many people know about it, it's not over-exposed. If you ever get the chance to visit, you should, but shhhh....don't tell too many people!

Caerlleon ran in the Autumn Chase fun run.

Our friend Shelly was kind enough to run the one mile race with her.

They finished the race in just under 10 minutes-not bad for such short little legs.

We are so lucky that the children all get along so well.

Caerlleon and Ryan do the best job of being Ryley's big brother and sister.

They are always holding, singing and reading to him.

He loves it when they are around.

Gunther is growing before our eyes.

At four months old he is almost 25 pounds!!!

Usually we dont let people smoke in the house but Gunther has been an exception.

More pictures of little Ryley. He is still eating every 2-3 hours and likes to be held in between the feedings. Between the puppy and the newborn, Jon and I are not getting much sleep.

Caerlleon started first grade today. It is amazing how time flies!! I think she had a good day but she refuses to share any of the details. Maybe tomorrow I will know more.

Another new family addition!!! We didn't think that our lives were challenged enough with the new baby so now we also have a new puppy. His name isn't final yet but we have been calling him Gunther!!! Pretty cute little guy.

Ryley Jonathon McMillen was born on July 20th weighing 8 pounds and 15 ounces. He is a happy and healthy baby boy!!! Caerlleon and Ryan are very proud siblings. They are constantly hugging and kissing him. When Ryley cries they will sing to him and he stops instantly. Amazing.
